Regulatory and legal base and estimation system of efficiency of activity of local government bodies in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the legal framework for assessing the effectiveness of local governments in the Russian Federation, examines the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation, which regulates the rules for identifying, assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of local governments. The features of the modern system of evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of local governments, Russian and international experience are given.
