Regulatory regulation on ensuring environmental safety during soil bioremediation after oil spill

The article examines the norms of lawmaking concerning environmental safety during bioremediation after an oil spill. The main legal regulation is set out in detail, as well as foreign regulations related to environmental safety are studied. The improvement of the regulatory legal documents of the Russian Federation should be carried out purposefully and based on the peculiarities of modern state regulation, taking into account foreign experience.
