Regulatory and legal regulation of the formation of the state order

This article discusses the legal regulation in the field of public procurement. Special attention is paid to the Federal law "on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs". Other main normative acts which directly regulate and affect the sphere of the state order are also investigated.
