Regulation and legal regulation of liability for violation of the conditions of state defense order in the new economic conditions

Development of the defense industry complex is an indispensable condition for ensuring the defense capability of the state. In the current situation, this requires an increase in budget expenditures. At the same time, despite the importance of the tasks to be solved, cases of violations in the sphere of the state defense order on the part of head executors of the state defense order are not excluded. This requires adjustments to the provisions of the legislation in this area. The article summarizes the amendments to the regulatory legal acts regulating responsibility for violation of the terms of the state defense order in the new economic conditions.
