Based on the modern legislative formulation of the concept and essence of forensic examination as a means of proof in the procedural procedure for consideration and resolution of court cases, the author considers such proposed regulatory and legal aspects of the reliability of expertise as standard methods and reports on the conduct of expert research, as well as the involvement of an expert for personal participation in court proceedings.
