Normative legal aspects of designing adapted basic educational programs of primary education

The article attempts to systematize the legal framework of designing the adapted basic educational program of primary education taking into account the special educational needs of students with disabilities. The author analysed the structure of the program and gave an algorithm for its modelling taking into consideration peculiarities of the educational organization.
