Legal and organizational aspects of implementation of state youth policy in modern Russia

The article reveals the regulatory framework and organizational aspects of state policy in the youth sphere, the structure of norms and principles for the implementation of youth policy prescribed in various federal and regional regulatory legal acts. The state policy in the youth sphere is a purposeful activity of the authorities of all branches and levels aimed at maximum support in creating legislative and socio-economic conditions for the realization of their personal and public interests, for the benefit of the whole society and the state.
