Regulatory framework of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (West Ural Office of Rostechnadzor)

The scientific article examines the regulatory aspects of the legal regulation of the West Ural Department of the Federal Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service, which play one of the key roles in ensuring the effective functioning of industrial activities. Attention is also paid to the control and supervisory procedure, taking into account the specifics of the activity. The main problems and proposals for improving regulatory legal acts of control and supervisory activities have been identified.
