Regulatory and legal framework for ensuring internal security within the framework of the organizational and legal framework of internal security in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the normative legal foundations of ensuring internal security within the framework of the organizational and legal foundations of internal security in the Russian Federation. The study analyzes the sources of internal security of the Russian Federation and their actual application. In the main part of the work, the types of normative legal acts on legal force are considered, the system of sources regulating the mechanism of ensuring the internal security of the Russian Federation is disclosed and the powers of the bodies ensuring the internal security of the Russian Federation are presented. As a conclusion, the author proposes to develop and adopt a strategy for each element of internal security, which in turn would help each body engaged in this function to delineate its powers and perform the work more efficiently.
