Regulatory framework for the regulation of issues related to cultural heritage objects in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan

This article discusses the regulatory framework for regulating issues related to the objects of cultural heritage of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Today, objects of cultural heritage are of particular importance for the state and society because they carry the cultural and historical layer that is necessary for self-determination and further development of all peoples of Russia.
