Normative definition of guardianship and guardianship in Russia and neighboring countries: comparative legal aspect

The article examines the general regulatory norms on guardianship and guardianship in the legislation of the Russian Federation and a number of neighboring countries (Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine). A comparison of the normative interpretations of the concepts of "guardianship" and "guardianship", the goals facing this legal institution. Conclusions are drawn about the similarities and differences in the approaches of legislators of different countries to the definition of the legal essence of guardianship and guardianship.
