Regulation of formation of the accounting reporting bank

At the present time the Federal law "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" dated 10.07.2002 No. 86-FZ the Bank of Russia establishes compulsory for credit institutions and banking groups, the rules of conducting banking operations, accounting and reporting, organization of internal control. The relevance of this article shall be defined in a single legal and methodological basics of organization and accounting, obligatory for execution by all credit organisations on the territory of the Russian Federation.
