Regulatory conflicts as a corruption-causing factor

The scientific article examines the scientific, theoretical and legal aspects of the concept of “conflict” in relation to the legal form of “legal conflict” during the anti-corruption expertise, as measures to combat corruption. Taking into account the current legislation and scientific sources, the authors analyze the theoretical and legal aspects of scientific approaches to the formula “regulatory conflicts”. The scientific positions of eliminating and overcoming regulatory conflicts, including during the anti-corruption expertise, are proposed. The purpose of the article is to find gaps in anti-corruption expertise that are not covered by the legal regulation of current legislation. The authors propose scientific approaches to the study of ways to overcome conflicts as the most important tool in the activities of various subjects of law.
