Regulatory framework for protecting the rights and legal interests of customers of paid medical services

The article discusses the main problems of the implementation of consumer rights to protect interests and compensation for harm within the framework of receiving paid medical services. The authors pay special attention to the lack of normative consolidation of the category of paid medical services in the current legislation. The article sets out the procedure for compensation for harm caused to the life and health of the consumer, and also suggests means of improving the current legislation.
