Normative features of the process of creating corporate legal entities in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the methods and procedure for creating corporate legal entities in the Russian Federation. Currently, a number of commercial legal entities exercise public authority, which does not correspond to their legal status as commercial organizations. Some issues related to the need to regulate the creation and activities of commercial organizations are relevant and need to be addressed as soon as possible by adjusting domestic legislation.
