The volume of construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures in our country is growing steadily. The process of construction with the demolition of emergency, morally growing buildings, as well as industrial buildings and structures, as well as large cities with a shortage of undeveloped areas. This is due to the growth of cities, where, in conditions of approaching the environment and in places located in the residential area, they are physically or morally obsolete, do not meet in direct surroundings.
