Normative powers of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation

The article studies the normal functions of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, as well as the legal mechanism for implementing this authority. The author preached to the conclusion that the normative legal acts of the FIU in theory and in practice are considered as acts of the Federal bodies of Executive power.
