Norms of mercy and generosity in the heritage of the nomadic Kyrgyz

In the presented article, based on folklore sources, historical ethnographic facts, such social ethical norms as forgiveness, mercy, generosity in the nomadic Kyrgyz society, which are one of the main moral and ethical norms, were analyzed. The study focuses on the fact that the Kyrgyz, without prejudice to the culture of other peoples, treat their individual features with tolerance, strive for the fastest agreement, friendly coexistence. Mercy and generosity were also highly valued in private interpersonal relationships. In a nomadic society, such patterns of interpersonal relationships were passed from mouth to mouth, from generation to generation, recorded in folklore and used as a guide in the education of the younger generation.
