Innovations in management and organization in the sphere of the Russian resort and tourism in modern conditions

The sphere of resort and tourism is the sphere in which there are ample opportunities to improve the living conditions of citizens in many directions. These are: health promotion and timely diagnosis; dissemination of a healthy lifestyle and meaningful leisure; expansion of cultural interests and strengthening of social and physical health. All this in general pursues the most important goals of strategic political importance - improving the quality of life of the population, respectively, increasing life expectancy, increasing fertility, reducing mortality, reducing social deviations and socially dangerous habits. It is natural that this sphere, equally with other spheres of the economic and social complex, is the sphere of strategic management on the part of the state.
