At present, 122 surgical interventions were performed with proximal shoulder fracture using two types of spiral clamps for surgical treatment of periarticular fractures. The proposed minimally invasive osteosynthesis is particularly effective in fractures of the proximal humerus of type "a", "B" for patients of any age, provides stabilization of fragments for early rehabilitation measures. The design features of the retainer, and a simple technique of osteosynthesis eliminates damage to the neurovascular formations, the rotational cuff of the shoulder, the migration of the implant. Osteosynthesis with a bioactive coating suppresses increased bone resorption, stimulates bone formation or normalizes both processes of bone remodeling, which reduces the time of consolidation, and can also be recommended for surgical prevention of pathological fractures. The proposed method of osteosynthesis does not require expensive maintenance, is small.
