Fundamendal limit theorem for the distribution of the fractional parts of the exponential function

The paper proposes a new method of application of Diophantine equations with an exponential function, which allows to obtain sharp estimates remainder in the central and local limit theorem and the theorem on the asymptotic behavior of large deviations for the distribution of the fractional parts of an exponential function.
