A new model for calculating the estimated cost of construction and improving pricing

The subject of the study is the estimated activity in the construction industry. The object of the study is a new method of calculating the estimated cost. The article discusses the main calculation indices and their application in calculating the estimated cost of construction resources, transportation, equipment and other costs. As a result of the study, the difference between the current method and the new one is indicated, as well as the advantages of using a promising resource-index method are listed.
