New reform of legislation on future construction

The author analyzes the main provisions of the new reform of the law on shared construction, in particular, the features of the adopted law, which is crucial for projects under construction. Particular attention is paid to assessing the readiness of the object under construction. He cites the forecasts of CEMI RAS specialists and the evaluation of officials of the sectoral ministry of the effectiveness of the ongoing reform of participatory construction.
