The object of the study was a group of 34 people working in hazardous conditions which received 60 g of dry protein composite formula (DPCF) daily for 21 days as a cocktail during lunch break. It was determined during the study that DPCF is high-activity in elimination of the industrial hazards impact on human health. This suggests the desirability of including DPCF in preventive nutrition of people working in hazardous and extremely hazardous conditions, as this leads to a significant reduction in toxic processes, lipid peroxidation, as well as the improvement of the gastrointestinal tract and the employees’ general health condition.
