Civil law novels concerning the intellectual rights protection in the information and telecommunication networks

The article overviews briefly the legislative novels concerning the intellectual rights protection in the Internet network. The author considers the Federal law and the bill, which were developed in order to improve the national legal regulations in the field of intellectual property protection in the Internet: the Federal law of the Russian Federation dated 2 July, 2013 №187-ФЗ, as well as the bill concerning the infringed intellectual rights in the Internet, introduced to the Duma on September 17, 2013.
