Amendments to the Criminal Law in 2025

The article analyzes some changes in the current criminal legislation in 2025. The author draws attention to the fact that some legislative amendments are part of the state strategy for countering certain types of crimes. At the same time, it is noted that some changes should have been adopted earlier, and some are quite controversial.
