A new direction in the treatment of diabetic foot

Today diabetes mellitus (DM), being one of the urgent problems of public health along with cardiovascular pathology and oncological diseases, is one of the priority programs of national health systems in all countries of the world. The number of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) in Andijan region, which were registered according to endocrinologists from 2000 to 2015 has almost quadrupled from 26000 to more than 130,000 in 2016. If we consider that 15-20 years after the onset of the disease in patients with diabetes develop various pyo-necrotic lesions of the lower extremity (GNPNK), it shows that the number of patients with diabetic foot syndrome (DFS) in diabetes will also increase.
