New word in strategic planning

The article is a review of the monograph by V.P. Nazarov «Development of the Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of Strategic Planning» (M., 2022). The author is not a pioneer in understanding the chosen topic: his work is based on a large array of literature, including the latest one, and foreign literature in the original language, and on a good knowledge of the current legal regulations. The advantage of the monograph is that it deepens the theoretical understanding of the problem, determines relatively independent lines of its development, reveals the shortcomings of strategic planning documents, and provides substantiated and evidence-based answers to urgent and acute questions posed by life, and a new situation for our society and the world.
