New biomarkers for risk stratification of acute kidney injury development with acute coronary

The purpose was to determine the prognostic value of GDF 15 and other biochemical markers in risk stratification of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Using logistic regression model was developed for predicting the development of CRS type 3. This model with a sensitivity of 88 % and a specificity of 76 % can stratify patients of high risk development AKI patients with ACS.
