New information about Neolithic complexes on the site Tartas-1

The article describes the results of the second Neolithic complex materials analysis from the territory of the site Tartas-1. This complex includes a ditch of pile-frame dwelling and pits, among the pits there are ones of household function. There were fixed three horizons of man’s habitation. There was found a great amount of bones and teeth of animals, such as an elk, a horse, a wolf, a dog, a fox, and also bones of fish and birds. In the borders of the complex there were found two ceramic vessels. Specific technological traits of vessel’s production were marked out: technic of well-ordered rags, using of forming cord in the upper part of the vessel, roller-burl on the perimeter. Both items are ornamented by multi-directional diagonal row of elongated oval impressions, which form interpenetrating zones. There is also diverse stone material - scrapers, cultrate plates, piercings, polished ax, etc. This complex is a part of the settlement, which was discovered in the 2015.
