The new records on the composition of the organic matter extracted from Silurian Domanicoid deposit rocks sampled in Kaliningrad region (Russia)

The new data specifying the characteristic of the Silurian domanicoid deposit rocks’ organic matter as the oil-source are presented in this paper. It was shown that the insoluble organic matter study based on the combination of the direct optical methods and IR- spectroscopy is necessary for the deposit rock’s correct petroleogenetic assessment.
