New forms of organizational technologies to combat the Covid-19 pandemic in the Republic of Buryatia in the structure of the social cohesion model: status and evaluation of effectiveness

The article deals with the results of a sociological study, such as an expert survey of medical workers, which identified and analyzed the main modern organizational technologies to combat a new coronavirus infection pandemic in the Republic of Buryatia as innovative elements of the model of social cohesion transformed under the external factor. Based on the materials of the expert survey, the effectiveness of new technologies to combat coronavirus was determined. In particular, experts praised the organization of the “Covid” cab service, the activities of outpatient centers, situational centers for interaction with citizens, medical and other workers involved in providing medical care to patients with a new coronavirus infection, as well as the volunteer movement. Finally, the study proposes the development and implementation of a methodological manual for the regional health care system to improve the effectiveness of the fight against new coronavirus infection.
