New forms of entrepreneurial constitutionalism in the Russian Federation

Introduction. The current Constitution of the Russian Federation implies the principles of market economy as well as the basis of the status of entrepreneurs and certain forms of entrepreneurial constitutionalism. Results and Discussion. The Constitutional law of the Russian Federation is a dynamically changing branch of public law which subject is sustainable to certain correlation. With regard to these changes the author analyzes social relations in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of entrepreneurs’ rights by means of constitutional justice. Conclusions. The institution of business protection is represented in the system of entrepreneurial constitutionalism and has real potential for protection of rights and legal interests within constitutional justice.
