New horizons of interaction between private capital and corporations in the process of innovative development

In the article, based on the synthesis of financial analysis and financial tools, an algorithm is formulated and a concept of interaction between private capital and innovative corporations is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing approach of household capital to participation in innovative development are considered. Attention is focused on financial approaches to evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of innovative projects. The problems hindering the development of the innovative potential of corporations are indicated.
