To the issue of the new urban subculture formation in a middle town, on the example of Birobidzhan

In the paper, the author considers the concept of subculture forming in the process of the quasi-intellectual game «Mind Games». The work provides a description of the community members structure. It is stated that the community has no self-designation and the majority of community members belong to the same social-economic stratum.
