New information technologies as a factor in improving the quality of social services in the Ukrainian labor market

The article describes the basic automation principles of Employment Service of Ukraine. The implementation results of the Unified Information Analytical System Public Employment Service of Ukraine, its capabilities in various stages of operation, the impact on the efficiency in accordance of social services. Particular attention is paid to modern methods of information, which allowed attracting more users of social services. Technological aspects of information in connection with transition to more advanced tools are being analyzed.
