New constructs of e-learning of teachers in the system of additional professional education

The article notes that the content of modern pedagogical education does not keep up with the rapid changes in the real school reality. There is a certain gap between the actual needs of the educational organization and the quality of teacher training. This leads to the increasing importance of the development and implementation of a new system of continuous pedagogical education, which allows to ensure the professional and personal development of each teacher. An important goal today is to find a new design of additional professional education of modern teachers, which is the driving force of the continuous development of his professional skills. The author generalizes and describes the educational activities of the Department of Educational Systems of the Academy of Social Management in the same time conditions. Special attention is paid to the new system of electron training.
