The new vertebrate fauna materials from the Eastern gallery of Denisova Cave suppose a few paleogeographic stages in environmental development in the Anui River valley during the Middle and Upper Pleistocene. The period when layer 17.1 accumulated is characterized by prolific climatic circumstance. Then there was a short cold snap. The layers 15 and 14 have formed under the warm and humid climatic conditions. Layer 13 have accumulated under the cool climatic conditions with recurrent soil freezing. Layer 12.3 reflects the further climate warming under the high humid conditions. An interval of layer 12.2, 12.1 accumulation is relevant to some climatic cold snap as long as conservation of prolific conditions for forest vegetation. The layer 11.4 corresponds to further climate warming and the most prolific environmental conditions. The layer 11.3 reflects the transitional stage from warm and prolific conditions to cold. The layer 11.2 and 11.1 formed during the cold stage of Upper Pleistocene. At the same time, when the layer 11.1 have accumulated, the environment became slightly softer.
