New educational technologies in studying of legal disciplines by undergraduate students

On the basis of educational experience the following article examines possible modifications of the educational technologies with an aim to implement the competence approach in the higher professional education system. The article considers the value of the new educational technologies, including the interactive ones, for development of the professional competencies of undergraduate students, which are mastered in the course of legal subjects studying as a part of the basic education programs of various directions of training.
