New approaches to the teachers' professional development quality control

Adapting the management approaches to managing pedagogical processes in the system of educators' professional development allows to optimize the control of postgraduate education quality. This article considers the quality structure of the educators' professional development. Its key elements are the adapted principles of total quality management, seven main quality parameters of professional development and their indicators: quality of conditions, quality of subjects of professional development, quality of content, quality of the educational process, quality of diagnostics, the quality of continuity, the quality of information processes. A total quality indicator provides a quality of parameter, and total sum of parameters allows to calculate the quality of the system. In the Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education the quality control of educators' professional development is realized according to the described multi-level scheme of education quality indicators.
