New approaches to evaluating the efficiency of investments in human capital in the management of modern organizations

The article discusses the theoretical problems of the study of human capital, analyzes the features of the economic evaluation of investments in human capital. The article contains a number of author’s debatable provisions and theoretical statements related to the improvement of the current program of research of human capital, as well as its evaluation; A specific method for quantifying human capital is proposed.
