New approaches to organization of state regulation in small business development: theory and practice

The article deals with the problems of state regulation of small business sector (SB) under conditions of a systemic economic crisis and dominance of shadow economic relations in small businesses activities. It is noted that in Russia the use of the economic potential of small business and its focus on provision of sustainable development of the country and its regions are still not a real priority of state policy. The new conceptual statements have been proposed to create a model of the state support for the sector SB.
