New approaches in the field of raw materials and preparations of Vaccinium myrtillus L. Standardization

Techniques of qualitative and quantitative analysis of operating substances (anthocyianins) in raw materials and preparations of Vaccinium myrtillus L are offered. With use of the developed techniques of estimation the authenticity of raw materials optimum conditions of drying the bilberry fruits are defined. The expediency of use the fresh fruits of a bilberry for manufacture the medical products, in particular, a bilberry syrup is proved. For standardization under the anthocyanins maintenance of raw materials and preparations the method of direct spectrophotometry with use of specific indicator of absorption as cyanidin-3-glucoside chloride at 546 nm, allocated from fruits, is offered.
