This article describes the principles of civil procedural law. The influence of improvement of civil procedural law on the principles of this industry is analyzed. And also attention is paid to the new rules of regulation of the principles of civil procedure. Within the framework of this article, we will consider the following principles: the principle of transparency, the principle of binding judicial decisions, the principle of the administration of justice only by the courts and the principle of individual and collective consideration of civil cases.
