China plans to invest in transportation and other industries. This is a complex project, which is still being finalized, and many details are still unclear. The authors analyze the interests of Russia and China in the transport sector in the Central Asian region, which are not only an occasion to positive mutual cooperation, but also the area of competition between the two powers competing for influence in Central Asia.
