The article provides information about the qualitative composition of cervical-vaginal mucus microflora of cows with acute postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis. The substantiation of the combined using of intrauterine drugs and an injectable antibiotic of a new generation for a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of this pathology is given.
