The article is concerned with vocational conditions and their influence on the professional efficiency. It presents a classification of objective and subjective components of the occupational activities. The author considers new conditions of the elementary school teacher’s activities, influence of the federal state standards of the second generation on them, and how the new conditions impact the elementary school teacher’s activities.
