The service sector has specific features in comparison with the sphere of material production, the main of which is high labor intensity. Evaluation of labor productivity and its increase is complicated by the fact that there are many factors that are difficult to measure. The article discusses the features of the “servuction” model, presents the factors that determine labor productivity in service organizations, and suggests the main directions of increasing labor productivity.
