New challenges of youth policy: the reasons for changes and prospects of development (on the example of Rostov region)

The article is devoted to the study of the main reasons and prerequisites for the participation of young people in various protest activities and the need, in connection with this, for the transformation of existing approaches to organizing work with young people. The basis of the new youth policy can be built on the platforms of youth parliaments in the open and accessible form, taking into account the young people opinion and their needs in the conditions of an equal dialogue. The study presents the experience of the Rostov region in the formation of new approaches in working with young people.
