New residental areas on the periphry of the city of St. Petersburg - is there an alternative

In the article a new residental development is considered on the periphery of the Saint-Petersburg and it is analysed in such aspects as architecture, ecology, social security and others. Alternative approaches for the construction of new residential areas on the periphery of the city are proposed based on the same criteria as for the existing new european residental areas.
